Creating a Vision for What you Want in 10 Years

The reason I thought of posting this is because this is the process I went through when I decided to go on my weight loss journey.

I was thinking of what kind of lifestyle I wanted to have in 10 years.

I wanted to feel healthy, be active and look youthful and I felt if continued doing what I was doing…How was that going to happen?

Things had to turn around.

So, if you’d like to do this visioning process yourself, then you can also ask yourself some questions…

Physically in 10 years…

What do I want to look like?

How do I want to feel in my body?

What type of activities do I want to be doing?

Financially in 10 years…

How much money do I have in the bank?

What kinds of assets do I own?

How am I making money?

Relationship-wise in 10 years…

Who am I spending my time with?

What kinds of activities am I enjoying with them?

As you create that vision, you want to take note of how you feel in 10 years.

How do I want to be feeling?

Do I want to feel calm?

Do I want to feel energetic?

I think a lot of us as we get older we sometimes forget to dream, right?
